Meet the Founder- Tracye
Tracye Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of Invigorated Home Care and is deeply dedicated to the healthcare industry. She grew up just outside Hazlehurst, Mississippi, and draws her inspiration from early caregiving experiences with her grandmother, which ignited her passion for healthcare. Tracye's commitment to the sector was solidified as she assumed the primary caregiver role for her brother, who bravely battled sarcoma cancer until his passing in 1998.
Tracye began her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant, devoting eight years to this role before transitioning to the specialized field of dialysis in 2006. Overcoming personal adversities, including the diligent care provided to her father following an unexpected aneurysm that left him on life support, Tracye remained unswervingly dedicated. Her compassionate care extended to her mother, who faced dementia until her peaceful rest in 2021.
With an extensive eighteen-year tenure, Tracye excelled as a Certified Dialysis Technician, including five years as a traveler, contributing significantly to establishing successful dialysis units. Tracye's unwavering dedication has been pivotal to her successful career in healthcare. Her commitment extends to empowering clients to embody strength, resilience, and vitality, reflecting her belief in the significance of personalized and empathetic care.
Drawing from her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to compassionate care, Tracye is currently pursuing her aspiration of owning a home care business under the guiding principle:
